Can't say if its a good thing or a bad thing, but still. Considering how Takasugi Shinsuke and Katsura are here, maybe not... I suppose we should be prepared for whatever's going to happen at any rate. This place is very unpredictable after all...

I've been following the two for the past week or so, and for now I don't think they have any plans so soon. But most likely there might be sooner or later. I'll continue to keep track of them and report when necessary.
