006: [Video] I: Prolouge

((OOC: Part of a series of 6 entries that will play out over the next few weeks or so.  Theme: Jim Curnow's "Canticle of the Creatures." [1984], which was inspired by St. Francis of Assisi's work of the same name. It's a good song, though difficult to play (parallel fifths= terrible for tuning)- hence why most of the youtube videos sound horribly out of tune.  Anyways, I'll stop boring you with the musical info now.  This MUN is a terrible band nerd.))

[Between flashes of static, the screen shows what appears to be Kesiuke fighting against several robots, all of which bear a swastika.  His face, hardened with intensity, carries hints of uncertianty.  He unleashes an Electric Dance upon them, barely managing to avoid their attacks, save a blow that strikes his lower leg.  Thankfully, it's a glancing blow, and only hinders his casting of the graceful spell slightly.

Static.

It's clear some sort of time has passed, as Keisuke stands in on top of a fallen machine, the rest laying in smoky ruins around him.]

That bastard...  I won't let him turn this world into mine...!

[His voice is suprisingly calm, though tinged with hints of suppressed ire.

A supressed ire clawing at him from the core, threatening to burst forth from its confines within his psyche.  The forgotten shadow, chained away in the most forsaken corners of his repressed mind whispers to him with rattles of these chains, whispering seductive words into his unconciousness.  As he represses it further, in an attempt to preemtively sober himself from the intoxicating powerlust, the beast pulls harder, causing cracks to form in the walls of its cell.

If it breaks free, how far can he run?

After all...

...things fall apart.]
