My landlord is trying to charge me $3000 dollars because I didn't fully clean my apartment upon leaving. Look dude, I know I left some dishes, two shelves I could not fucking move, and I didn't wipe down the kitchen. Take my security deposit and run.
Looks like I'll get to enjoy small claims court. It's honestly not that intimidating after what I've already dealt with this year (and I do have that much in my savings, but it would kill my savings), but I am not enjoying this.
Apartments don't cost 3k to clean. I didn't leave holes in the walls. I didn't leave a body in the tub.
It's been almost a year since the Big Shit started. I'm hoping after that anniversary, shit stops raining.
Anyone know a pro bono lawyer?
