hey, i am leaving quito this afternoon. today we went on a tour of the city, which was alright, but mostly cathedrals. actually it was only cathedrals until we made a special request. the city is a lot like madrid but less touristy in a not so good way. i miss the europe trip. we asked our tour guide to take us to a fruit market instead of the stupid church circuit. i am sitting here eating the weirdest fruits (probably not the best for my stomach and my mom isnt letting me forget it) it reminds me of danas fruit detective. write me emails at eborenst@tulane.edu and i will try my best to read them and write back. i miss everybody. i want updates cause i get no news here. at least not in english. bye
