This is bat country!
Last night we put together our Halloween costumes and made our way to the Hoff Theater on campus to see a midnight show of Army of Darkness.
We were the pair that won the costume contest preceding the show! (click for the full shot)
For those of you that don't know, we were supposed to be characters from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I was Hunter S. Thompson. When we were up on stage for the judging, we did the crazy ether binge stumble just about everywhere. We were asked to select the prize, and Mike spoke into the microphone "As this man's attorney, I'd like to say that he'll take the Bruce Campbell autobiography."
At one point, Mike was laughing hysterically all over the floor at something, and when someone began to comment on our costume, I started playing along as if we were both in character. I think I had the voice down pretty well, too. More on this after I get back from tonight.
