Tomorrow is New Year's Eve, huh?  I've almost been on Brawl for a year now.  Been a little scarce lately, but.  Y'know, stuff happens.  Took a really nasty blow to the shoulder the other day, for one.  It's still kinda sore ( Read more... )

Oh, dear. Be gentle on your shoulder until it fully heals.

At home, we star- and moon-gaze to welcome in the new year.

I've been... trying. It's just a little black and blue, though. Mostly healed up by now.

...that sounds pretty nice.

Take care you don't strain it before it's really back in peak.

It is.

Yeah, I've been trying to stick to primarily using one side but. Doesn't always work, and I end up falling back.

Are you gonna do it this year?

Have you seen a healer?

Hmmm... Why not~ It would be commemorative.

Oh, yeah. A friend of mine's a healer, and she was on me as soon as she realized I was injured.

Commemorative?

It's always so convenient to have one handy. I'm worried I'll become complacent.

Yes, for our guild. We're named after the brightest star in the night sky, so star-gazing would be rather appropriate.

Yeah. Dunno where we'd be without her. Probably dead, though.

Oh, I see. You should go then. Sounds like it could be the start of a new tradition. What's the name of the guild?

Medicine can only take you so far, after all.

I'll find some subtle, tactful way to slip it into the conversation. "Brave Vesperia". It's still fledgling, but I'd say our members are the real deal.

Exactly.

Haha, good luck. Oh. I like it. And sometimes smaller groups can be better anyway.

I'm sorry, I haven't introduce myself. I'm Judith.

Thank you. Yes, it has a ring to it. And what we lack in quantity, we make up for in quality.

Oh, I haven't either, it's okay. I'm Sheena. Sheena Fujibayashi. Nice to meet you.

You're welcome. It's a pretty good name for a guild. I'll take quality over quantity any day.

Likewise, Sheena.

Unfortunately, the credit isn't mine to claim. Do you travel with a small group, as well?

Where're you from then? Fandom wise or whatever.

Who named it then? Ah, yeah, about eight others. Nine, if you count myself. Not super small, but not huge, either. How many are there for you?

A video game called Tales of Vesperia. It's fairly new, but you might know two of my companions.

A certain enthusiastic princess who travels with us. That's not bad. Counting Repede and Ba'ul, we have eight ourselves.

Oh, another "Tales" game? Mine's Tales of Symphonia. Who're the two?

Ah, I see. Yeah, eight's not bad, either. Is there something different about Repede and Ba'ul then?
