Wow.
I have been having such a great time lately. Life has been really good.
Last Saturday was English Expo. I got 3rd plce for Prose. The topic sucked. Should schools be able to censure or ban material for srudents. Blah. I used the example of The Catcher in The Rye. In some schools it is still banned. Great book, although it contains cursing and references to sex. But thats how the author intended it.
Then I got 1st place for Poetry. Oh my gosh!!! What a surprise. I was bored stiff and uninspired. My poem didnt even make sense to me. yeaaaaaaaaaaa yyaaaaayyyyy!
I then went and saw Monster. Ahhhhh! Charlize Theron was fat. *sob* I dunno that movie fucked with my brain. Bleh. Lesbian, ugly, bad hair, prostistute and serial killer. Lately I dont believe in true love anymore. Perhaps I have become cynical and bitter. Yeah I have issues!
I saw Dirty Dancing with Jenne, Brett and Rachael. Oh my gosh, I sooooooo wanna go dancing now!!! NOW dammit!
I have started working out again. Go me! And started Karate too- always wanted to do that. Now that I am working and earning money I can afford it.
Next April I am going on the Europe trip. London, Paris and Barcelona- here I come. I am going to be 18 so I can drink, and go clubbing there. :)
I got most of my correspondence crap done. Woot!
Courtney and I got 2nd place in Social Studies fair. In return I dont have to take Mrs Richards WW2 test. Yay!!! That test was gonna kill me. Shwwwweeeee.
I eventaully registered for my ACT!!! Holy shit that was alot of money.
Next Thursday night and Friday is Sparks in the Park- our school play. I am so unmotivated for my part. I am a male British person-thingie. I am also student director. Which I prefer anyways more.
Ahhhhh my head is spinnning. Too much coffee. The perks of working at CC's:getting Free coffee. And working with hott guys and flirting.:))
