AWKWARD!
wow. im sorry but i cant tell you everything about the trip. because...
A) i cant remember,
B) wayyy too much stuff to write, and
C) way too much that should never be repeated.
Okay so thanks to the snow, i got an extra hour of sleep. wee. and so then the bus ride was okay. we watched two movies <3 hilarous. but other than that the bus ride was okay. not amazing. but i have no complaints... very mellow. anyways, we stopped at a food place for lunch. me and allie got lucky pennies but mine was just a unicorn. then we got lectured by a nun which was ironic because when we got back on the bus we watched Dogma. so then we got into Washington... saw a few monuments (like the Washington memorial behind McDonald's) lol. and then we got there... chilled in the luggage room and then we went to the mall b/c that day we didnt do anything. so, at the mall me and allie got our hair done by some chinese ladies. allie thought that a fake hair piece was her real hair and was so surprised when i told her it wasnt. that was just the beginning of the funny. we went to macy's and tried on dresses for the oscars and oh it was amazing! allie got this huge yellow dress... and she was saying out loud, "you know... i think this dress is too disney... its too... belle." lol and this lady was like "your funny... your a funny girl" so... i think we went back to the hotel after i bought half of a bathing suit for the pool that we werent even sure existed. we took the elevator upstairs. and like ran to the pool <3. yes it was there. we were sooo excited. then we left for dinner i think after going to our room finding out that we got a suite with another suite next door<3. it was crazzzzzyyyy. so dinner was alright... then we got back... we went to the dance... allie left. i wish i would have gone with her... i heard of all the fun they had. :-( but i had fun too. then the next day... we went to our blocks... allie skipped and left but i had to wait cause i couldnt get up and leave... then we went for lunch and we were late going back so we only had to stay for only like 20 minutes of committee hearings. sweet. so then we went to a debate block which was great... we found out that we didnt have to go to the next block b/c a bunch of people were leaving for power naps... or other things... so me, allie, nick, and mark went to the pool. swam for 2 hours while other people were sitting in on committee hearings. haha. poor fools. i bet no one from our chapter went to anything. im surprised we didnt get sent home, by the end of the trip everyone hated us. but anyways back to the pool... we swam until dinner time and this other kid from jsa came in and was filming the monuments b/c the pool was half way surrounded by windows. so he was sitting there saying "and that is the capital building..." while me and allie were by the light in the pool saying pretty loudly "OHH THATS HOTTT!!!!" "OMG THATS NICCCCEEEE!" lol i wonder who is gonna see that kid's video. so we then went to take a shower but i was in my bathing suit in the hallway looking for people and all of a sudden the elevator doors open and a bunch of the guys from our chapter come out and said "why are there half naked girls in the hallway??" so then i went to go back in our room and they were like "umm i left my coat in your room" and "i think i parked my car in there... this isnt where i parked my car" typical guys. so original too :-/. but then we took a shower... and allie was done before me b/c she took a shower in the other room... someone knocked on our door and there hand was over the super-spy-look-out-eye-hole... so allie was like "who is it" and daisy said it was her so allie opened the door in a towel and it wasnt only daisy but 2 guys from our chapter. she was soo pissed. but the same thing happened to me but it was my own fault... daisy had the door open and i walked by the door in my towel and nick was in the doorway. oh well. what can you do? anyways... so then we went to dinner... but we had to wait for like 20 minutes for a table so we hit Borders... me and allie checked out some mags. lol. we were looking at like a seventeen magazine or something and there was this ad that me and allie thought was for "America's Next Top Model" because there was a bunch of women with a lot of makeup on however they were like barely wearing anything and they werent ugly.. so allie goes.."i think that one is gonna win" and then we look and it ends up being an ad for "The L Word" so then for the rest of the trip me and allie were L Word lovers and i was the alex to her marissa. soo then we went and ate... we both got strawberry daiquiris which is like the new tradition. so then we finished... went back to the hotel and chilled for awhile... we went upstairs to where allie and a bunch of people were the night before but then got kicked out early.. maybe because they were having plastic cup fights... talking really loudly or possibly because they were playing baseball with a cookie and a food tray. who knows.... then we went back to our floor and we hung out in the hallway. we had an emo period thanks to emo dan. anyways... we went to sleep late again and i was completely dead on sunday. so i was happy when i found out that everyone was wearing jeans so i didnt have to wear my skirt and high heels. then me and allie got downstairs and got yelled at by like 19 people that it was disrespectful for the speaker that we were wearing jeans and that we had to go change... well we changed in the bathroom but it turned out that me and allie skipped the speaker to go to the mall so it wouldnt have made a difference anyways. but so we were down in the luggage room and the majority of our chapter was ready to leave. so we tried to leave for the mall but got stopped by the supervisor or something... so whatever we had to go to like 30 minutes of our block before me and allie left. not a problem. so me and allie left to ride the elevators up and down... again and again. i pressed all the buttons on the elevator to stop on every floor. so that wasted a good 20 minutes... then we snuck out the front of the hotel and left for the mall. we got to the mall and went to try on more dresses. the ladies there asked us if we wanted them to start a room for us, so we said sure and they asked us if the dresses were for prom but no... just a party... so allie got like 3 dresses i got 2... they hardly had any in my size :( but so allie tried on a $760 Vera Wang dress and we were just fooling around in the dressing room and she was like "ew only $760???" and was like throwing the dress all over the place and pretending to spit on it so then i said "sneeze on it!" and she was trying to pretend but then she accidentally like spit/sneezed on a $760 dress! so we tried to run out of there and the ladies were like "was everything okay?" and we were like "yes we will bring our moms back to see the dresses in a week or so" so then we like ran out of the store.. allie was soo worried. lol it was funny. so then we found out that while we were trying on dresses and such, or chapter was held back and like lectured about something we did. so me and allie were worried because we werent there but thanks to our lucky pennies... we didnt get in trouble. weee. so um then we had 10 minutes to eat and we like ran back so we wouldnt get in anymore trouble... we actually went to committee hearings for an hour but i slept through like a whole debate. then off we went to nomination speeches... i think i might have fell asleep but i honestly have no idea. then that was the end and we got on the bus. we made like everyone move because we were last on the bus and so me and allie could sit with some people. then until we stopped for dinner it was pretty boring. then after dinner. it was crazy. i really cant write about it all. so that was a pretty good ending to the trip. i got home and was dreading school the next day but i slept in a few classes. ms. jaskot even noticed that i was like sleeping. but however even if i did get sleep during the weekend i still probably would have fell asleep because mitosis isnt the most interesting thing in the world. and neither is her teaching it. so well thats how the trip went... it was really fun but there is a lot of stuff i left out... guess you should have been there.... oh well. i gtg do homework that i still never did. byee <3
