Apparently tree-spiking is still around.
You remember what that is? or did all of the LOW CARB NOW commercials steal your memory? apparently 4 weeks ago someone in a louisiana lumber mill was almost decapitated when a saw blade hit a tree spike (that's what green freaks put in trees to kill productive members of society). He was saved by a coworker who HELD HIS VIENS TOGETHER while waiting for an ambulance.
Not only is this insanely violent, its insanely stupid.
Think about this: if it weren't for the lumber industry there wouldn't BE any fucking trees.
As long as the lumber industry is still making money people will continue to plant trees. If enough assholes like this tree spiker kill enough lumber workers- or, more likely, cause too much taxation and legislation into the lumber industry your fucking trees will go the way of the steam engine. If you really want to save the trees kill the plastic bag manufacturers. At least that will simplify my choice in the super market.
