APPEASED
We're officially heading home tomorrow which is great news. It'll be nice to have my own space again, but more importantly, my own computer with photoshop. <3
Random movie suggestions:
Holiday Inn: Probably my second favorite b&w movie after Casablanca. Fred Astaire's dancing is to die for, and Bring Crosby's voice just makes me melt. His version of 'White Christmas' is probably the best I've ever heard, and according to my dearest ex-roommate, the song was apparently written for this movie rather than the movie White Christmas (which I also need to watch at some point. TCM on Christmas day, anyone?). The story line is so darn sweet, and the ending is even sweeter. I would classify it as a romantic comedy, and it really delivers on both counts. Crosby's character has some of the best sarcastic lines everrrr.
Eagle Eye: Just see it the second you can! It won't disappoint! I may be a bit biased because I adore Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan to death, but really, they just pick some of the best roles. The movie is fast paced, intriguing, and so completely action packed that all I can is say is amazing. Definitely buying this as soon as it comes out on DVD.
And FYI, I'm more of a chick flick person, so for me to LOVE an action movie this much is rare.
