Okay so the Sisko wisely draws the line of Cultural Diversity at trying to kill people for Honour, but I am not sure that the solution was entirely ethical? They wiped Worf's brother's memory and cosmetic-surgeried him, and told him he was some other person unrelated to Worf, so that he wouldn't want to kill himself out of Dishonourness. Given that Kurn was unconscious and did not actually consent to this plan, I ain't sure if Julian should have gone along with it? I mean it seems to have worked, but it did seem a bit shady to me.
