Sometimes the Master thought about fucking the Doctor over someone's dead body. Lucy, Martha Jones, even Jack because he'd wake up in the middle of it. Sometimes he just wants to fuck properly and punches the Doctor when he tried to be gentle and careful. He's not some fragile little flower, he's one of the last Time Lords in the universe and the Doctor is a sentimental old idiot. Sometimes he thinks of killing himself just to annoy the Doctor, but he's got so much to live for if he can just get away.

He should be playing along with the Doctor's tenderness, pretending that the love of a good man is curing the call to war that thumps within him every waking moment. He's still too angry too do that; he never did have any patience.

The best way to hurt the Doctor is emotionally, so he refuses to respond when the Doctor looks at him with his entire demeanour begging to be loved. He wants to kick him and beat him but he knows he'd get no reaction. He thinks up ways to hurt the Doctor when he is finally free of him, plans the murder of Martha Jones while they fuck in the darkness.

There isn't enough love in the universe to cure him, and he wouldn't want it even if there was.
