Barton's in the park today. This isn't unusual, generally, except for two things. One, there's a dog with her. A German Shepard to be exact. It looks friendly and playful, and it's also blue. Yep, totally blue. The other odd things is, that to people who know her, Barton is smiling and obviously enjoying playing with her new pet. The dog

Oh. I just got him the other day. Someone in town made him with magic, if ya can believe that.

A blue dog isn't what I had in mind, but he's good anyway. [She gives him a pat on the head, then tosses the ball way across the park again.]

Seems like he'd be a pretty good guard dog. Especially if he's got some kind of magic powers or whatever.

I don't think he's got any other powers, other than he's supposed to be hard to kill. Sounds good to me. I just kinda wanted a pet. Been a long, long time since I had one.
