i ate SO well today
breakfast:
plain non-fat yogurt with organic whole wheat, oats, flaxseed granola and a slice of wheat toast
lunch:
subway's veggie delight (i forgot to pack my lunch!)
dinner:
veggie dog with mustard&honey mustard and a salad with baby spinach&red cabbage, feta cheese, mushrooms, carrot shavings, and bean sprouts with italian dressing
drastic improvement since two days ago i had nothing but coca colas and french toast sticks from jack in the box.
