good eats, happy tummy

I realized not too long ago that I had not eaten today. I figured that this might be something I should fix and set about making up some stir fry. 2 chicken breasts, 1/2 of a habereno pepper diced since a little bit goes a long way, thai peanut sauce and some frozen stir fry veggies from costco that I've actually been pretty pleased with so far. It's a big bag and it's got baby corn, pea pods, edamame, shitake mushrooms, broccoli, water chestnuts and an assortment of small chunks of various other veggies. All in all, good stuff. Fried it up, put it on top of some rice I made this afternoon (I fricking heart my new rice cooker) and I must say...Damn. Sometimes I manage to amaze myself. If nothing else, I've always been able to throw down in the kitchen. Thanks Mom and Grandmas :)
