(no subject)
well, today started out poorly, but ended up good (ignoring the cops, that is).
i had a morning meeting. afterwards, i was treated so discourteously, i was disgusted. i had to go to someones house to drop off something. they (singular form) knew i was in a rush, but were 13 minutes late anyway. when the arrived, they didn't even say "hi." when i did make my presence known, i was greeted with "i thought you didn't have it (the money)." i gave them (singular, again) the money, looked at my watch, shrugged, said goodbye to their friend, and moved on.
what makes that worse, we had a falling out earlier. i had the family symbol of forgiveness-a single rose petal-in my pocket. i was ready to move on past the bad. the petal is now in peices on atsion road, as is my forgiveness.
plus side, work was easy, because everything broke. we couldn't print cards, then we couldn't even look up info. we closed about 20 minutes early.
also good, jim's back from medical leave. he's doing good, and happy as ever.
also good, i was drinking all night with tiana and her friend angie. there was an argument at the last bar we went in to, which ended up in the cops being called. tiana hates cops. ended up angie and i had to calm her down. she was still "trippin'", but it was "chill."
side note: tiana says i need to learn ebonics to get through in the world. i doubt it, but it entertains me to learn.
