getting woken up by the PSE (Puget Sound Energy) to collect on past dues sucks.
i thought it was one of the roomies so i was ready to yell and tell them to carry the keys but it was a little lady. she had her PSE badge and notebook. i acted like i knew she was coming; i opened the door, saw her and told her "i'll be right back" came back with a check and she left.
