some things i concluded this morning:
1: only dumb asses complain about people being "rude" to them on the phone. i am not talking about casual phone calls, instead, i am talking about customer service-type calls. this is probably because they were too fucking dense to figure out what the person on the other side of the line was trying to help them with, so the operator finally got fed up and started being frank, which led the said stupid person to wonder why they were being "rude". no. it's you; you're dumb. and there is only so much time to explain the concept to you and if you don't get it by then, you're never going to. and complainging to someone as dumb as you will not help. this also is true with people trying to order food over the phone, but that is a different story entirely.
2: myspace layouts are time-consuming and seem waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more confusing than they really are. i'm not sure i would have the patience or desire to attempt to design an entire website from scratch.
3: text messages are not an accurate portrayal of mood and can quite often be misleading
today is unproductive, even though i started it with great intentions.
