huh
golden pipkin the great died. i'm not sure why. he was floating in the tank partway out of his shell like they do sometimes, so i took him out to get the air out so he wouldn't be stranded. hopefully he wasn't stuck that way all day and that's what happened.
anyhow, i took him out and he didn't move and was kinda stiff. i put him back in just in case something wierd was going on since he hadn't fallen out of his shell, but still nothing... and now shaniqua wants to make him into a snack. i figure i'll let her chew on him for tonight if she wants then get rid of him tomorrow. it's good meat for her.
i'm trying to figure out what would have killed him... they had peas like they often do. i don't see them anywhere, so i assume they were eaten ok. i changed the water, but that's been ok before. i gave niqa medicine, but that's been ok before too. dunno.
