or especially this. Quinoa is an interesting grain. Cooked in milk, it tastes like really good Cream of Wheat. Cooking it is a bit of a challenge, though. You're supposed to rinse it first. I don't have a strainer with small enough holes, so I attempted to rinse it though a coffee filter. Have you ever unzipped a beanbag chair, stuck your arm inside, and then pulled it out again? That's what it's like, rinsing quinoa.
