Smoking.. the unsexy sexy habit
Ok.... Just finished using the bathroom at 6:14 in the morning in a bathroom with a toilet that wouldn't stop running after half an hour trying to get it to stop. Why? Not because the thing kept be me awake for half an hour running. But because I'd rather take a piss and try to fix the running tank than listen to a DJ lecturing me on how this was national "butt out" day to encourage people to stop smoking by giving all the nasty ways to die by smoking and the statistics on how many people die what way smoking and how he and his crack whore DJette partner were ex smokers who didn't want to like lecture or anything, as ex smokers themselves, just dispensing facts and all. Truth they probably killed someone last week and the no smoking thing was part of their probation agreement... But I'm just tired and though this would make a more interesting read than the truth... Either that or I'm just tired and thought this was a little too truthful to post after writing it.... Your choice.... Not being a smoker myself, perhaps I'm just cranky on how much publicity the smokers are getting glorifying their nasty habit. Getting a national day and all. Just so there is a happy ending.. the toilet did stop running after being properly flushed.
