as sour of a note that 2008 ended on, that's about how optimistic i am for 2009. even though we are still broke, but there's nothing like dick clark, no matter how stroked out he is, wishing you a happy new year to give you hope.
i missed a big party at the s&rc center tonight bc i haven't told them i'm not going back to outback yet. i like that job, but i am trying to find something to replace it. i went to the ruby's by the interstate and the bartender was super fun, so i am thinking that i will go apply there on friday. i sent out a bunch of resumes today, as well. hopefully, i will hear back from someone.
my business website is up and running, so that's a plus. hopefully i will get an event soon. i'm excited to start cutting my teeth.
