I am filled with loathing and spite for everyone in my company.
The managers lie to us in order to protect themselves from costly expenses. But someone has to pay those expenses eventually.
The staff members at the school are quick to point out mistakes that teachers make, but refuse to see their own mistakes as anything important.
The supervisors are incompetent, inexperienced, unintelligent, uninteresting, and, most heinous in my eyes, ignorant. There is no forgiveness for willful ignorance.
The other teachers are generally alright, but their willingness to let themselves be pushed around by the system is troubling.
It eats away at the soul. It destroys the body. It wears down your sanity.
I must get out!! Grrr!! Grrr!! Gaaahhh!!
