Whoa

Feb 15, 2007 22:36

They just said on the news we've had ten earthquakes in the last week. They talked to the Oklahoma Geological Survey again and they said the usual number of earthquakes we have in a year averages about fifty.

So, in one weeks time, we've had almost 1/4 the number of earthquakes that we have in a single year.

And they are still baffled as to why we are having so many suddenly and why they are so strong.

They also talked to a guy that lives in Midwest City who lived in California for a time. He said the one major earthquake he felt out there was preceded by several weeks of smaller earthquakes like this.

Yup, the end is near.
