I sent Penny Arcade customer service an email last night yelling at them about being out of stock of the hadouken shirts:
"Hello Tony,
Thanks for the feedback. There is a possibility of that shirt being reprinted as we approach the holiday season. I would suggest checking back in a month. You might also try to channel the spirit of Ken and/or Ryu, that will probably work.

In other news: Epic Mickey is going to be for Wii. And basically sounds like De Blob with that awesome setting. Talk about wasted potential.
