Anyone read Superman this week?



So it turns out that the Guardian is the clone of Jamie Harper's great uncle. Jamie Harper, for those who don't know, is Robin's police contact. And Harvey Bullock's partner. I don't know what she's doing in the Metropolis Science Police, except apparently it's because she wants to meet Jim Harper.

Now, there's a problem. I'm not sure if James Robinson knows about this and is planning on addressing it, or if he just blatantly forgot, but Jim Harper already has a great-niece. Lian Harper. In Superboy, it was revealed that Roy is the Guardian's nephew.

So this means that Roy Harper and Jamie Harper are related.

Now I've been trying to wrap my head around how they could be related. Either Roy has a much older sibling that he's not aware of, or the Guardian and Roy's dad had another sibling who had a kid who had a kid. The ages are a little awkward. Jamie is probably younger than Roy, but not by that much, but she's in Lian's generation.

This makes my head hurt. Can anyone come up with a good explanation?
