Sometimes I just can't believe these people are in the hopsitality industry.
A woman calls down to ask for a wakeup call in four hours, at 3:30. She asks "will you have coffee?"
"We put on a pot at 11 when we start"
"But that's four hours away."
"We'll have a pot fresh when you come down"
Then I ask the others to please put some coffee on.
I cannot believe the amount of effort on their part to not do such an easy thing for a guest.
I mean it's not like we are being asked to buy smokes or get matches. it's just coffee. After ten minutes of arguing I just went to do it myself.
