I've been looking around on various ESL sites looking at ways to fill those four hours in the afternoon I'll be leading my tutorial. I encountered this site, which suggests playing a game with students called "Lion Tamer", suitable for children 8-10years old. Basically, you write out a list of possible professions on stickers, attach the stickers to the foreheads of the children, and then the kids pair off and try to guess the profession listed on their forehead. The suggested professions? Here's a list. Stop when you notice there's something fishy about this.
