It's...Alive?
Hi folks!
I realize I haven't updated since October 2012, but reports of my untimely demise have been greatly exaggerated. I'm alive! And I have returned to Canada.
After a pretty disastrous adventure in the United States, which involved many legal woes, immigration headaches, a broken engagement, job loss, and a rather dramatic plunge into serious depression, I'm back in my home province of British Columbia.
My job involves a lot of travel, and I'm splitting my time between the southern and northern halves of the province. Tomorrow I'm heading up north to my hometown, and it still feels very strange to be back in the area after a decade away.
I live with two [human] roommates and three dogs: a Great Dane named Clarence, an English Bull Terrier named Dules, and my own Lizzy, a black chihuahua/misc.

I don't really have much more to say, other than that I'm doing okay. I miss all of you A LOT, and I wish I'd been better about keeping up with my online friendships. Being in fandom and getting to know so many wonderful people was a really happy time in my life, and I'd love to hear from you.
