"His heart...his heart is almost human."

I've never really understood the point of Live Journals or online blogs. Given the current climate of our corporate world, having a blog seems downright risky. But since I am watching a killer doll use bad voodoo to transfer his soul into a six-year old boy, what do I know. So what do people write about anyway? A blog isn't private like a journal or diary but it does have the added enigma of the online domain.

Do I introduce myself, like I would if we met on any other online forum? Since no one will actually read this blog, it seems like a safe bet that my audience is well equipped with all the information they will ever need to know about me. Do I wax metaphorically about the paradigm of good versus evil in horror movies, or discuss my personal view on the importance of providing honest sexual education to every pre-teen and teen in the United States? I've been known to analyze the significance of the current sacramental system in place in most mainline Protestant churches. Or should I just face the fact that most of what I write will have no impact, even if people were to read?

And if that is indeed the case should I then accept that this exercise in writing is little more than a measure of futility?

Oh well, I'm norwichtoboston, I live with my partner Sibyl in Boston. We occupy a small one-bedroom apartment in Boston. When I am not attending classes or airing my personal opinions to the world via Live Journal, I attend Divinity School.

I guarantee only two things; chances are I own more Bibles than you do and will mock girls named Mckenzie until my dying day.
