Little house
If anyone has wondered what I've been doing the last few months, the answer is this. I bought this house in 1971. It's been a rental for over 30 years. When my last renter moved out I decided to fix it up and sell it. Its was to be a two or three week project and cost about $15,000. It took five months and cost three time that. New cabinets, floors, carpet, walls, paint, furnace, water heater, appliances, counters, siding, wiring, and plumbing. The only thing that isn't new is the roof and its pretty new.
Now I have to try to sell it and look for a bigger place.
I hope I remember how to cut here...
