June is about to get hot....close to 100 degrees on Monday. Thankfully the bus I take to work has air conditioning.

The Hairdresser is starting to think about aborting her new job/life in south Florida. She's living at home & has less than a mile to travel for work. Easy life. Tough to give that up for an uncertain future & opening your own business.
I'm trying to be as objective as possible for her. Though I have a personal interest in what she does.
Another home on my street, a ranch house like mine, is getting a second floor put on. Real estate prices in this town have become absurd, as well as the rest of greater Boston.
