Rain Rain Go Away
So it has been an extremely long time since I have posted a real update. I am going to try and rectify that situation. Right now I am just sitting in my living room hoping not to get struck by lightning. It just got really nasty here with lots of thunder and lightning.
Life has been so hectic lately. I am paying for my mistakes and the fact that I am a slacker by only having days to write an entire thesis. It is so frusterating and stressful. I seem to not have a life anymore. I never see my boyfriend and I hardly ever see my friends, but I know that I will be done very soon and all of the hard work will be worth it. It wasn't until last week that I could say that I am really proud of everything that I am doing, but I really am. I am very proud of me and I know that I can do it, it is just a matter of getting the motivation to sit down and write this gigantic paper. But I am getting there. At the time that I stopped yesterday I had 32 pages.
Things with John (other than not ever getting to see him) are going really well. A few weeks ago my mom and grandma were out of town, so he and I got to play house. It was so wonderful. We were together all the time doing work around the house. He was painting my mom's room and I was working on my thesis. We finally just got to cuddle in bed at night and it was pure bliss. Now it REALLY sucked when my mom came home and he left. I couldn't sleep for days. I missed him just being there next to me. I have to just get through the next few months apart and then we will be together forever. On a great note with John, we have a couch. His grandparents had a couch and two glider rocker chairs in their house that were brand new and never used. So they gave them to us. They are really nice. You gotta love free furniture.
I am trying to think of anything else that I need to say at the moment. I really need to go and do laundry and work on some shot glasses before I work on my thesis for the next 8 hours. Oh the shot glasses thing. I am starting my own little business. I make shot glasses with some sort of image on them. I made an entire set with pictures of my family on them for my photography class. Now I have been commissioned to do around 100 of them for my brothers band. They look really good, I just need to get to work on them.

p.s. WAY TO GO SUGARLAND. If anyone missed it, Sugarland was on Jay Leno last night performing "Something More" and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD.
