Today we walked to Fairway. Before we stopped by the dollar store depot off Broadway on 125th. There is this one part of 125th street that feels really old because the cobblestones are still there, and the city hasn't bothered to pave it over. You pass under a bridge too, and as you emerge the whole Hudson river and the riverside of Jersey opens up. There are men fishing off the side.
We walked all the way back with our groceries in our hands. On the corner of Riverside and 120th the wind was so strong that if we leaned forward, it was like the wind was holding us up.
