Had a wonderful night last night.
A date with my dragon.
He had to work late, so we made plans to meet at 6. We both dressed up just a little and went out to play pool. (So what if it was just the rec room in our complex.) He stomped me. It's usually the other way around, but he somehow managed to turn my new cue against me. Then we sat down and had some Mike's and watched a movie.
It probably sounds silly, but it was fun anyway.
We absoutely love having all the company. (Or we wouldn't invite you all over, silly.) But at the same time it was nice to have a night to just the two of us. I think we've really needed it, for a while now.
My white knight is going to visit tomorrow, after we have dinner with my in-laws. I can't wait to see him. I miss him terribly.
I feel like I've been avoiding the people who used to be closest to me. For that I apologize. I've been pretty disappointed with myself lately, I guess I just didn't want all of you to be disappointed in me as well.
The sewing machine is resting now, not for long, but for now.
Game tomorrow night, Tantomile on Saturday, Mak on Sunday.
Hopefully some sleep tonight.
