Yeah, that's enough to stop him in his tracks, along with his Charizard, Blastoise, Tyranitar, Nidoking, and Haunter.

[ well, riku. have a machamp running towards you with an armful of lingerie and stuff. with sheryl shouting after it. ]

Stop that thing!

[Oh, oh! Fighting types!

Yeah, Phantom the Haunter is totally going to get in his path. Since Phantom's the exact same size as a Machamp, he should be pretty noticeable, especially while he's using Hypnosis.]

[ sheryl skids to a halt several feet away, frowning at what's going on. she soon jumps off her onix, warily approaching. ]

That's -- a Ghost pokémon, right? [ effective against fighting, if she recalled correctly.

her machamp on the other hand is looking prettyyyy dizzy already with the hypnosis attack and is beginning to stagger. ]

That's right.

[Immune to fighting moves, in fact! And as the attack kicks in, Phantom's gonna mock the Machamp by making some disturbing faces and cackling in his usual, creepy fashion. Yay, white noise.]

Hopefully the Hypnosis will hold him long enough. Usually lasts at least a few minutes.
