Modern Girl's Guide To Life
I was watching this show on the Style Network today called Modern Girl's Guide To Life. I thought that I'd never like anything like this. But, I'm surprised that I was pretty into it. It had all these cool little tips like how to open those really tight jars that you usually need a guy to do by simply putting a wide rubber band like those blue ones found bunching brocolli together at the grocery stores, but around the jar lid so you can grip it to open without any hassle. I always have problems with those. Yay, now I know I won't be helpless if my dad isn't around. I hate being dependent. They also had helpful tips on finding the right fitting bras, basic home repairs, etiquette, sex and beauty, etc. I guess it was helpful, and something I need since there's just some girl advice I missed years out on. Plus, my mom doesn't help much since she's also a tomboy. So, I can mix it up alittle, because I still love and proud of being a tomboy. =]
