1st Bartender's Test
Aced it like a champ with flying colors! I looked like an absolute pro. I was the only one that didn't fuck up not even once. I studied incredibly fucking hard, I deserved it! Nobody is going to slow my roll. =]
Tomorrow is the second test. This one is written though. Today's test was actually mixing the drinks, with speed, and precision. I did my little tricks good with holding like 4 bottles at once to pour out the drinks, which made it a whole lot quicker and easier since I practiced doing that all day yesterday to not look sloppy either. Writing out the drink recipes about 5-10 times also helped me memorize them for the ones I was had trouble with. Now tomorrow is nothing. We just gotta write out the call brands' type of liquor (ie., Johnnie Walker is Whiskey or Perier Jout is Champagne) and the liqueurs (mixers) flavours (ie., Amaretto is almond flavoured, Creme de Cassis is Raisin, Chambord is Raspberry, or Aftershock is cinnamon flavoured). I'm gonna do just fine! ;]
