I did a lot of thinking about today.
In this world, there's no absolute right or wrong. This spectrum existed due to human's narrowed mentality, their insistence in viewing things their own way, that's why we have laws and legislation. These perceived 'right' and 'wrong' are subjective to everyone.
Everyone has their own skeleton in their closets. Sometimes, we feel lost, we need someone to guide us; sometimes, we feel anguish, we need someone to cheer us up.
When things happen, when you feel the world just turned its back on you, it's when you see who are the ones who can pull you up; who are the ones who claim they will support you in times of need but are all empty words in the end; some would never care. I had my fair share of betrayals and misfortunes, experienced heartbreaks, and only have been able to move on because of people who are ready to stick with you, through thick and thin. I'm glad I didn't sink into friendship traps and always knew who are the ones who I can really depend on in times of need.
I don't need a huge social circle of superficial friends.
And this, exactly, is what real friends are for :)
