Hoping not to jinx it.
Haven't posted since drum circle for several reasons. Number one being I got stood up again. Had asked the man I had been seeing to come with me and he said yes. Then I rush home from a great CLANs ritual to meet him and he doesn't show. No call, no e-mail. Well if I'm not worth at least a call, good bye, I didn't need you anyway. I'm worth more than that.
Well on a happier note, and the reason for the title: Lorenzo.
Started emailing me on that very same Saturday. Emailed back and forth for a few days. Exchanged phone numbers and started talking on the phone. Had coffee with him on Thursday, and wow. Talk about sparks. He may not be an Adonis, but he is sweet, caring and passionate. Thinks that I'm beautiful and can't seem to get enough of me. Calls, wants to see me. Ok a little about him. He is 51, a nurse, divorced, 3 grown daughters and several grandkids. He is a little shorter than me, balding, wonderful voice, catholic (but pagan friendly). Had dinner with him tonight because he "just couldn't go one more day without seeing me" even though he is in the middle of 10 days straight at work. He is a charge nurse on the psych floor of a hosiptal. Long hours, high stress job and still he finds time to talk to me. Wants me to met his daughters and doesn't want to rush me but "can't wait to have me at his house". I've always said that you know a guy is serious about you when he wants you in his space. So far he is passing every test. Here's hoping, keep your fingers crossed.
