+2 Maybe it could even be a bonding experience for Loki and Odin? I could imagine Loki near dropping with shock if he took the time to fill Thor and Frigga in on what he did, just to stop them hassling him, only for Odin to pipe in with bits and pieces he forgot to add.

Odin could be like one of those silent dads that you don't think is paying attention to anything but you discover he IS paying attention but thinks no one really wants his opinion.

I wouldn't want Loki to accept Thor's or Frigga's apologies, but I imagine he's a lot younger here than in the films.
