Loki and Thor: freaky Friday...but not for laughs

Amora, rejected by the Mighty Thor one time too many, decides to get revenge in the cruelest way possible...
...she switches their souls.
The problem is, Loki is in SHIELD's custody awaiting transportation back to Asgard. His magic is bound via shackles Thor provided and he's muzzled...which makes him perfect for some scientific 'experiments'.
Thor is placed in Loki's body just in time for the more invasive experiments.
Meanwhile, Loki, in Thor's body, though startled by the switcheroo simply rolls with it. At first, he's wary and sharp-spoken but instead of reviling him, Tony and Clint laughs, pats him on the back and takes it all in stride.
Gradually he comes to see their worth, but he also doesn't want to go back to Asgard and its dungeons.
The W4 arrive to pick up 'Loki' and during a moment when the W4 are alone with 'Loki', they whisper to him all the things they will do to him once he's back where he belongs. And it's clear that the W4 had been doing unconscionable things to Loki for a long time.
Bonuses...
+ the W4 keep their promise of further tortures for 'Loki', Fandral rapes 'Loki' while Sif and the others look on in amusement + if Frigga long suspected what was going on between W4 and Loki but Odin forced her compliance to refrain from visiting him (she got around that nonsense by visiting the other prisoners) + if Frigga sees through Amora's spell and decides to finally obey her 'sovereign lord and King' + if someone finally figures out what the hell happened + Odin is enraged at the treatment of Thor and tries to punish Loki
I would like to see the contrast between 'Thor's' life and 'Loki's' life.

While I totally leave it up to who ever undertakes this prompt, in my mind, this is how I visualize what's happening:
...every time Loki was thrown in the dungeon, Frigga went to see him and tried to mitigate his sentencing (books, blankets, better food, entertainment, etc)--despite what Odin decreed, as her King and sworn lord.
Frigga feels Odin is harder on Loki than Thor, he gets punished for doing the EXACT same thing as Thor (who skates).
So when Amora casts her spell, and 'Loki' gets thrown into the dungeon, Frigga knows it's Thor and decides to obey her 'sovereign Lord and King'. The phrase is essentially sarcasm because that's something Odin throws at her to force her to stop 'coddling' Loki.
True story, when he was fighting with my mother, my stepfather would often shout at her (because she wasn't doing what he wanted her to do) 'I'M THE MAN OF THE HOUSE!'. Typically she would either laugh in his face or shout back 'Yeah, well I'm the WOMAN of the house and what I say goes!'. It usually went downhill from there.
We kids found the fighting hilarious (and mildly terrifying). And when we left, my mom took his kids with her (his ex-wife asked her too).
