Loki tells Thor that he's a Frost Giant. Thor doesn't believe him.
Loki insists. Thor thinks that Loki has a serious mental disorder.
Loki takes his Jotun form. Thor's seen Loki shapeshift lots of times.

'Sure you're a Frost Giant. Now please step away from the edge.'

I like that your Thor got general idea of Loki's unstable state. Even if he was mistaken in some detail (it will be corrected by their parents soon, so that's not scary). Unlike his movie-prototype.
And I'm a little puzzled by the last line...
