OK, I promise I am still cracking away on Transformation, but bunny bit me after I went to see the closing night of Evita on Saturday. This is a seriously angsty, AU (as all the best are) oneshot. The song is "Lament" from Evita.

depressing yes, but she still loved James more so that is all good!

That was lovely. A very interesting perspective on Elizabeth, and certainly one that I can understand. It is nice to see something a little out of the ordinary, and you did that. Beautiful written too.
