This is lovely, and a welcome change. It seems like Norribeth has disappeared in the world lately, and I have been sad. This was a great take, a wonderful expansion on the story.

I've read this several times now but keep coming back to it. It's one of the most lyrical, sensual, powerful, and *brutal* stories I've ever encountered.
