I would like to go on record as stating that while I'm TRYING to do my job, it's nearly impossible when places and people don't stay where they're supposed to be! This is getting really annoying.

The next time I find the president, I'm using the handcuffs. I'd like to see him disappear on me when he's stuck to my wrist.
