Here is my fan repo of the INKT ViViD Special Program [Amesalis!]
It's basically the notes I jotted down while watching it, not a direct translation:
Koki says: Good evening, we are INKT! Sorry we started 30 mins late. Let's introduce ourselves.
The band says their names and what they do in the band, first Koki, then kissy, SASSY, mACKAz, and Kei. Kei says, let's see if kissy can do the MC this time. (he had a hard time with pretending to be an MC at the 2nd INKT Premium livestream XD)
Koki says, in the 18 years I've known him, this is the most nervous I've ever seen him.
mACKAz asks, why are you even doing this then?
kissy says, I really always wanted to be an MC, but I somehow ended up playing keyboards instead.
Koki says, let's introduce our guests, Reno and Kouki from ViViD! I've known Kouki from before, we've been out drinking and stuff together. Sassy knows him, too. mACKAz is nervous cuz he's a big ViViD fan.
Reno and Kouki introduce themselves.
Koki says, if you're wondering why we're doing this show, it's to celebrate the release of our mini-album Physalis.
Kei asks kissy, can you do this? You seem nervous.
Koki holds up a folder and says, you're lines are written right here.
kissy read them.
Koki says, you're so nervous! Ok, we're going to play a game called "Arisalis/Naisalis"
kissy explains that there is going to be a situation board, and each member holds up a little sign that says "no-salis" (in blue) or "yes-salis" (in red) depending on their answers.
(I'm not that good at reading the kanji, but good thing they read the questions)
Q: During a live show, would you kiss a fan during the fan-service section?
Everyone answers no except mACKAz. I can't remember his reason why. Everyone else basically said they'd never heard of such a thing happening, and Koki said he wouldn't because he'd be scared for the one who got the kiss because the people standing around her might be jealous.
(That explains why he only answers mostly guys on twitter)
Q: If you got a request for a signature in a crowded place, would you turn them down or sign? They mentioned a place as crowded as Takeshita Dori, for example.
Kei and Reno said they'd turn it down. Everyone else said they'd sign. Kouki said he would sign the first one but say that he is only going to sign that one. Then kissy and SASSy copy him and give the same reason. mACKAz says, I'd say something like I have to poop. Koki says, you're supposed to say it nicely like I have to go to the restroom! Then he adds, sometimes you start out signing, then other people gather around and you can hear people say, who's that guy anyway? and ask for a signature so that's when he's at his limit.
Q: During a concert, does it bother you if someone who doesn't know your song is getting all excited.
Everyone agreed that they didn't mind. Kei said he's just glad if they have a good time. Koki says maybe they came with a friend or somthing and ended up liking it. Reno said, on the other hand, it's better than having someone cross their arms and stare at you blankly the whole time. Koki said once there was someone like that who just kept giving him a dirty look the whole time, so by the time of the encore he couldn't stand it anymore and shouted something. (sorry I can't understand what he said, something about a cellphone maybe?)
Kei says these little signs are handy.
Q: Do you like when someone at the catering table opens the water bottles beforehand (I think?)
mACKAz calls the person the "can san" and they say he's speaking Okinawan. Kei and Kouki answered that they like it.
Kouki says at first I thought they were talking about me
Reno says, but if you unscrew it and try to lift it from the cap, sometimes it comes off
mACKAz says, what about the makeup guy that keeps dabbing at your face
Kouki says, well sometimes if you put it in your bag and it leaks that wouldn't be good
Q (that Kouki thought up): Do you care if one of your bandmates goes to the gym right before a show?
Kouki says it makes everyone else nervous. Koki says he likes Golds Gym and can understand the feelings of the person who would do that. When Koki's waving his sign around, people notice that it's already thrashed and he says that when they read the first question, he thought it was going to be about him because he breaks everything)
Everyone says they don't like it except Koki. mACKAz says that he would be afraid that they'd get hurt and wouldn't be able to go on stage, cuz he usually hurts himself at the gym.
Kouki says that working out does give him energy. Then Koki makes a joke about him using the 125 lb weights that are like motorcycle tires.
kissy comes up with a question on the spot about going drinking all night in the hours between when you say goodbye to your collegues until it's time to go in to work the next day. Kei and Koki said yes. Koki said, I don't like drinking, or rather I don't drink that much, so I just can't believe that someone can do that.
Then kissy says, what about a movie instead of drinking? Kei says, sometimes kissy leaves early cuz he says he's going drinking, then you see him sitting in the car checking his twts. The say that kissy goes drinking everyday. Then kissy says, well, yesterday...I went drinking. The day before yesterday...I went drinking. So, yeah, I guess so. Reno also likes to drink, so they say that they should go together. Then Koki tells Reno, watch out for this guy, though.
Koki said there wouldn've been a penalty for the loser in this game, but we ran out of time because of the delay. mACKAz says, if you end up kissing someone, there'll be a penalty
Koki says maybe they'll come back or we can play a show together. He asks mACKAz if he had fun. mACKAz says he's a big fan. Someone says, then go out drinking with Reno and kissy.
SASSY says he was really happy to see Kouki again. Ren said it was fun. I really liked the little signes. I want to use them more. Koki says, that would be weird if we see Reno someday and he's holding the little sign again. kissy said he's become accustomed to being an MC and made a new drinking bud.
Kei intros Physalis release and Painting With INKT con. Koki says this is basically how our MC's go during a concert. No matter what, we can't act cool.
Reno invites everyone to their last concert in Yokohama. They say thank you to the guests.
Someone offstage says to intro the ViViD PV "Thank You For All," which Reno does.
After the vid, Kouki looks down and to the side and Reno has a faraway look in his eye.
Koki says it was a nice vid, shot at a good location. mACKAz, sounding like a fan, says, it's really good. That's the first time I've seen it, so I was enthralled. Koki says, cuz he's a fan.

Notes from the Premium Live Broadcast:
Koki removes his cap he had on from the previous show. This time's magic box is a green ameblo notebook. Koki wonders where on the notebook he should start signing, and they say "the back," but "which side is the back?" Koki sneezes twice. He says the ink smears, so be careful. He starts to draw stuff inside, he giggles and someone looks at it and says, that's mean! He says, maybe you should look at it. If you look at it, you might not want it anymore. He shows the pic he drew for Guppi to kissy, and they laugh.
kissy said today's show with ViViD was his first time hosting a show. Kei asks Sassy and mACKAz if they've even done that. They've been together 25 yrs, so there's nothing they don't know about each other- 1st loves, etc. Sassy says he had a pic of mACKAz when he was little. He looks just like this but smaller. mACKAz said he saw a pic of himself when he was little, and he was surprised because his hair was so bushy.
Koki talks about a time when he was little and broke a vase or something and before he knew it, he was lying and said he didn't do it. Sassy said something funny about Koki, but I can't read my own writing and don't remember what it was.
Kei said kissy got a blonde streak for his hosting job today, and mACKAz and Sassy are in front so ask them the questions. Sassy talks about Soya. Koki says they sell it at Costco, it's like yogurt or cheese, while he's drawing I think a flower for Appin.
They say they're getting a lot of macarons as gifts this time from the viewers. mACKAz starts singing, "Hey, Macarena!"
Koki says, This one is really good! The white macaron. It's like vanilla. Someone asks Koki to draw Mickey Mouse.
They talk about the Physalis MV playing on the big screen in Shibuya and as background music at Famima. kissy says he went with Koki kun. kissy went to eat, then went to the convini. Koki went to the convini, then went to eat, but they ended up at the convini at the same time.
Kei went to ABC Mart. mACKAz is eating and talking. Koki takes off a shirt. A viewer says they bought 10 cds. They say, you beat Appin san. Some people say they bought 15.
mACKAz said something got caught in his back jaw and he wasn't eating so he lost some weight. kissy said a viewer had recommended some cough drops or something and they were good. Sassy says something about Vitamin B. Koki says he's going to draw someone a nighttime Mickey.
kissy claps when a champagne tower gets sent by a viewer.
Kei said that in Koki's appearance on tv (Arigatou), Koki said there was a she-male-like band member, and Kei asks who exactly he was talking about. (It's obviously Kei, because he said that he was a sweet lover and a cat lover.) kissy says those guys usually have high voices, don't they? Kei says don't call me that, I'm definitely not. He keeps repeating that he's not. Koki says, he's the lead guitar-playing she-male. Koki puts his shirt back on.
kissy said someone around 20 stopped him and said, you're the one who wrote that song, right? They asked where that happened, and he said in Tokyo. Koki said someone from Taiwan sang one of their songs to him at karaoke. They talk about different countries and where they want to go. A viewer says come again, and he says, we haven't even gone yet.
They get handed a paper from the boss, and it says that they're going to re-broadcast the ViViD show because it got delayed. Koki starts smelling or blowing on Sassy's hair from the back row. Then he wipes his forehead. He was really occupied with drawing stuff in the notebooks this time. As the notebooks started arriving to ppl's homes in May, someone tweeted a pic of a flying piece of poop that he drew, the Mickey face, and one where he wrote that the person was being a pain because they ordered two notebooks. XD It seems like he's starting to get to know some of his hardcore fans lol.
The names start scrolling at the end and he reads them and says thank you, and half way through he says maybe I should stop reading them. Then he starts reading them again. The sound goes dead, but you can see them talking, waving, and switching seats. I don't think they realize that we can't hear them. XD
