May 24, 2017 KOKI Gets Arrested for Possession of Marijuana
If you are reading this, you probably already know that KOKI was just arrested for marijuana possession.
I really need to add here that he had just passed a surprise drug test on national TV last July (link at bottom), so this all seems completely surreal to me. I was joking about the arrest last night because I didn't take it so seriously. But this morning I woke up to find out that INKT has cancelled the rest of their tour and all upcoming activities, including the DVD recording and Tower Records release events.
Someone reported that he supposedly denied that it was his and that fragments of it were found in the console between the driver and passenger seats of his car.
I don't believe gossip, because I've had people gossip about me, and the lies just grow exponentially as they are re-told. So I'm just waiting to see what happens. But yes, he was arrested.
But of course I'm sure there are many people who are eating up the news about a bad-boy rocker getting caught with drugs. Another media frenzy.
Anyway, I don't like the idea of him sitting in jail worrying about his family, his pets, his band, his tour, and his fans, etc. I wish that I could send him a care package or something. All I could do was send him a message over twitter and hope he sees it. I don't know if they give them computer access in jail like they do here. But hopefully he will make bail and get released soon.
Several of his friends have posted messages of support and disbelief already. I hope that you will do the same.
Fucking KOKI, how the hell do these things happen to you?! Look at this angel face!! I can't fucking believe it. And now I'm extremely worried about the future of INKT. 💧

報道にあります通り、弊社所属アーティストINKTのヴォーカルKOKI（田中聖）が昨日2017年5月24日（水）19時頃、渋谷の路上にて大麻所持の疑いで、警視庁渋谷署に逮捕されました。
今回のKOKI（田中聖）逮捕を受け、本日以降予定されておりました、現在開催中の「INKT LIVE HOUSE TOUR 2017」及びレコードショップでのCDリリースイベント、2017年7月開催予定のFCツアー、DVD制作プロジェクト、各メディア出演、他イベントへの、INKT及びKOKI（田中聖）の出演を見合わせることに致しました。
返金対応などに関しましては、追ってご報告させて頂きますので、今しばらくお時間ください。
本人の処分については、司法当局の判断を待って、検討したいと思っております。
