aaaagh

So I walked in the door this evening after coming home early because I had study to do & I wanted to have dinner with the family (only to realise that they're all out on Wednesday nights halfway through coming home), and as soon as I walk in the phone rings. Run through the house, grab the phone, and it's my little sister's flute teacher wondering where she is. Apparently she was supposed to have a lesson tonight; mind like a seive. I call her (she doesn't answer) then mum (who's out windsurfing, and also doesn't answer), then look around and realise that her flute's still in the house, and she isn't. So I guess she wasn't going to that lesson. Teacher calls back, we confirm that my sister is useless. Get halfway through writing a message to her to tell her she's useless and some guy from Telstra calls up trying to offer to help me "save money" on my phone bill.

I was going to be going to a j-club meeting this evening to make sure newbies knew where to go since the guy who normally does wasn't there but I decided I needed to study, and jessnessness asked me if I was going to choir tonight. Not going to the former primarily for reasons that I need to study, the latter also because I'm still mildly sick & don't think it would be a good idea to sing. And I also have to create dinner for myself tonight due to the family being out (should have stayed around uni for dinner with friends, darnit).

On top of things happening *today*, I also have a physics exam on the 19th for which I haven't studied at all, followed by the major exam period beginning on the 31st with a Maths exam, and I believe I'm helping out with a feast on the 20th of November. Besides that, I need to organise a birthday party for myself and decide whether or not I'm going to RUXCON this year. And whether I want to go to Canterbury Faire next year, and linux.conf.au. And sort out a switch of degree so's not to make my scholarship people annoyed.

And, crap, someone just asked me to go to a party on Saturday night which I can't go to because of family friends coming over that night. And the fact that I need to study for {maths,physics*2,electronics}.

In short: aaaagh.

exams, stress
