He's NEVER trusted Lisa! I was watching clips (shut UP, we've had the "I'm weak" discussion already) and he would rather have dealt with broken ribs on his own than let her look at him after being beaten up. He always calls her on her crazy and thinks Johnny is INSANE for protecting/blackmailing/nailing grossgrossGROSS her.

Previews say Johnny finally realizes how far gone she is and tells Patrick which, since he's been, you know, protecting/blackmailing/nailing grossgrossGROSS her for months, is also a friggin' overdue baby step.
